Wealth Workout - Property Masterclass
Held Thursday 13 July 2017 6pm
Property investment is one of the primary ways Australians build lasting wealth, but most investors start highly under-educated. Expert knowledge can be hard to find and unwary buyers can fall into the trap of commission-based sales where information can be influenced towards ‘stock’ instead of strategic purchases.
The Wealth Workout Property Master class is designed to fast-track your property investment education. Crave will join Tristan Scifo from Innovative Wealth Management to present a consise overview of the property universe. We’ll cover various beginner and advanced property investment strategies, discuss current market dynamics and expose myths about the new property market.
The event caters for investors at various stages along the education curve, including those looking to move beyond a single investment property, renovators aiming to complete their own DIY projects and also caters well for first time investors needing a full picture of the investment process ahead of them and looking to pick up pointers on where to start.
The Wealth Workout Property Master class is for anyone who:
Where: Blue Chilli, 125 York St, Sydney
When: 6pm (registration and refreshments), 6:30pm – 8:30pm (event)

Property Investor ThinkTank - Small-lot Developments
Radisson Hotel, 72 Liverpool St, Sydney
Held 26 October 2016
Our focus this month was on the range of small lot development projects suitable for ‘first time’ developers. This includes duplexes, splitter blocks and town house projects to name a few. With our cities and suburbs changing rapidly, small-lot developments provide a way to make solid blocks of cash and equity if managed correctly.
Our guest speaker was Pino Martino from GPM Architecture. Pino is a celebrated architect with more than 25 years’ experience in designing and developing across Australia.
We covered key concepts including :
* identifying your development project
* successful design
* managing the process.
We also covered our usual topic of market performance, and provided an opportunity for questions and debate on where the market is heading.
Stay tuned for our next event, which will be announced in the next few weeks.
