Our focus this month was on the range of small lot development projects suitable for ‘first time’ developers. This includes duplexes, splitter blocks and town house projects to name a few. With our cities and suburbs changing rapidly, small-lot developments provide a way to make solid blocks of cash and equity if managed correctly.
Our guest speaker was Pino Martino from GPM Architecture. Pino is a celebrated architect with more than 25 years’ experience in designing and developing across Australia.
